PEONY FESTIVAL - CHINA'S MOST PRIZED FLOWER!

Celebrate the approaching summer with a peony extravaganza.The Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, the Canadian Peony Society along with Ferncliff Gardens present a festival celebrating the “king of flowers”, the peony. Enjoy a stroll through the Garden and revel in the beautiful sounds of music dedicated to the peony, view the lush display of peonies in our Hall of a Hundred Rivers and witness the creation of Peony inspired works of art painted by local artisit of the Canadian Chinese Artist Federation. Find out what the attraction is to China’s most highly prized flower that is associated with wealth, prosperity, royalty and friendship.
